Jitsi Meet pushes their own instance as default in this app, and their instance is ad-based, you have to trade your attention to them. The good part is that you can use any other trade-free instance with this application.

Jitsi Meet is an open-source (Apache) WebRTC JavaScript application that uses Jitsi Videobridge to provide high quality, secure and scalable video conferences. The Jitsi Meet client runs in your browser, without installing anything else on your computer.
Jitsi Meet allows very efficient collaboration. Users can stream their desktop or only some windows. It also supports shared document editing with Etherpad.
NOTA: I ô nei are many Jitsi Meet instances, most of which are trade-free.
